Today is National Cheesecake Day!

Well, today is almost over, but it's not too late to announce that today is National Cheesecake Day! How could I have missed that? Cheesecake is my favorite dessert, hands down.

(This is all PO's fault - she showcased one of this lady's cakes on her Cake thread, and I have to keep going back to this site to check out this lady's recipes and then discovered that today is National Cheesecake Day!)

Anyway - thought I would ask - what is your favorite cheesecake? Feel free to share a recipe if you have one!

That would be awesome!!!! ... only I must confess... I love to eat cheesecake... but baking them is a whole 'nother matter!

What we really need is PO to make us all one big beautiful cheesecake, and then share a piece with us

It's hazelnut. I made some cakeballs using Nutella and it was great! Lots of work, but worth it for a party.
