Naw, you accuse someone of doing wrong (that's one wrong) and then do the same thing (that's two wrongs). Take your meds, it will help you with your bitterness.

Its not just one thread, but hundreds and probably thousands of vitriolic and inflammatory posts by you over the years aimed at your fellow Christians which has earned you the reputation of the more PC version of Reckhart and Winter.
You lament those of us who don't see many of your sacred cows as essential yet you cannot do something so simple as provide us scriptural exegesis of why a man cannot have facial hair, a woman cannot wear a ring, and a man can't wear a pair of shorts.
My problem isn't what you believe, but the fact that you can't prove most of it with scripture. Let's start some new threads and discuss only the scriptural merits of what you say many of us have left.
Truth be told some of us did leave oneness Pentecostalism, and in the process it is true that some turned from Christ. But many of us who left OPism did not turn away from Christ, nor the scripture, nor His people. Only from bad theology, legalism, and totalitarian leadership. Truth be told we left you, not Christ, and THAT is why you are offended and feel the need to condemn us to hell.

Re: Open Letter to All
Steve and I have tweaked each other over the years. He is right about this. Most people starting out on this forum had at least core Oneness beliefs. I don't think he should be pushed off the Forum.
I did not read but a few posts in the Pixler thread. Never even heard of him until then.
Now if I get this right all this is happening because Steve says he thinks the ultra cons should leave that Church?
What would you expect he would say?

Exactly. That is pretty much what I posted on the other thread about SP. Why is anybody shocked that an ultra con would want people to leave a church that is moving away from the long laundry list of standards / dress codes that ultra cons believe is an essential part of salvation?
Just like with 3 stepper salvation doctrine where a belief in it is mutually exclusive with accepting 1 steppers as being brothers and saved.

"We did not wear uniforms. The lady workers dressed in the current fashions of the day, ...silks...satins...jewels or whatever they happened to possess. They were very smartly turned out, so that they made an impressive appearance on the streets where a large part of our work was conducted in the early years.
"It was not until long after, when former Holiness preachers had become part of us, that strict plainness of dress began to be taught.
"Although Entire Sanctification was preached at the beginning of the Movement, it was from a Wesleyan viewpoint, and had in it very little of the later Holiness Movement characteristics. Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."

CC1, you would do the same thing.
Wouldn't you?

WHY? I think, I read where SE wrote that there was a history in Ft Worth of two other Apostolic churches that are now completely non-existent, that did the same thing that SP is doing. So many times, in the past it has been observed that men don't stop with "the long laundry list of standards / dress codes" as you call it. They keep going until Oneness is really semantics and water baptism in Jesus name is really no longer a command, but an option to done if one "feels" the necessity. jmho
