I don't judge either way. Odds are if the parents have given consent to come to the church it probably wouldn't be a problem anyhow. I would want to be sensitive though. A lot of people feel that someone has to be so old to be able to process everything. My daughter received the Holy Ghost at 7 or 8. My son has really been praying in the alter lately with much conviction and I don't even see what he has to be convicted on, but maybe picking on his sister.
