I stopped drinking soda and other sugary drinks a few months ago and lost 15 pounds without even changing my eating habits...but now it's time to change the food choices also. Love the carbs too much. lol
Kiwi fruit is a very beneficial fruit and I find satisfying my sweet tooth with certain fruits to be much healthier than candy.

So after your steak and asparagus dinner, have a kiwi smoothie!
