I think each of us needs to pay attention to our bodies, and as we try different things, see what works, and what doesn't. We don't all have the same metabolic processes that go on, or the same predisposition to a certain disease. I think more than ever, we need to be aware of how our bodies process, and what works for us, may not work for our husband or wife, or children.
And... as has already been pointed out - for every study that you have telling you the dangers of something - you have others pointing out the benefits. Who to believe?
This again is where being led of the spirit, and being sensitive to how your body operates comes in to play. It doesn't matter if the doctors say you need more ***, if you try that, and it makes you feel worse, stop it. It is not right for you.

Fermentation is another area of importance.
Try researching Sandor Katz, author of

My wife makes all sorts of fermented foods. They are fabulous!
