The bible teaches there's more than just the need to serve God. It's the method we use to serve Him that matters.
Rom 7:6 But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter. |
I serve (imitate) through the Holy Ghost the things delivered by Jesus and the apostles.
