I've been in favor of the death penalty, yes. Honestly, I haven't really taken time to research the issue on my own. Every now and then there's a Jodi Arias whom I believe should receive the death penalty; and then there's a case like this which makes me wonder how many truly innocent people are being executed because, mostly because they're poor and unable to get anyone other than a public defender. And as mentioned in the article, most public defenders are rejects who shouldn't be practicing law, much less taking a death row case.
