How can you assume the Church goes on as usual AFTER the coming of Jesus?
Next off Prets make it FORCEFULLY CLEAR if scripture is not addressed to YOU what right do you have claiming anything that was given to someone else? The scriptures were addressed to certain Churches none of which we were in.
And since Jesus already came and resurrected the ones he promised he would what right do we have to a Bible that was written to teach THEM how to prepare for his coming? How do we know he wants the same things for us as he did for them seeing his coming appears to have ended their "dispensation" or "Church age".
It would be like someone trying to serve God in the New Testament Church out of a Bible that was only written to Jews.
It would not be relevant FOR THEM.

Do you believe that ANYTHING Jesus ever said, was speaking specifically to those in their generation, in regard to things happening, and will not effect anyone in later generations?
If so, how are you any different than you are describing?
Where is the rapture in the 10 virgins parable? Do u see it as the 5 foolish left behind in a rapture in this parable?
