Years ago I used to make a tuna dip served with crackers, and the bowl was practically licked clean every time I took it to a function. It was so easy, and simple, and people would always ask for the recipe. Your recipe reminded me of it.

1 can tuna, drained
2 packages (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 small onion, diced
Salt, pepper and a dab of hot sauce to taste

Mix all together well, and serve with wheat thin crackers, or crackers/chips of choice.

I haven't made this in so long, that I really do need to make it again.
