Im sorry. I realized I am asking the question in the wrong way. Ill try again. In your mind, is there something that an unarmed handcuffed man could do to warrant the type of injuries this kid sustained? Im sorry, having a past that includes dealing drugs isnt something that warrants that.

There are a few theories that have arisen. One, his neck was broken when they cuffed and folded his body up while placing their knee on his neck. Still excessive force if you ask me. Two, they slammed on the breaks while he was in the van and the forward force of him slamming into the van wall is what broke his neck. Still doesnt explain the crushed wind pipe. Regardless, its been almost a month of nothing but silence regarding the incident that started with an arrest that was without incident.
