The very attractive prosecutor says that all six cops will be charged.
So now it's a homicide to not put on a prisoner's seatbelt? The testimony of the witness (who now fears for his life) that said he heard the prisoner slamming himself against the van does not count? Sounds like the prisoner needed a straight jacket and padded cell instead of a wagon.
I wonder if the fact that some of the arresting cops were black will make a difference to the white hating mob that is currently being allowed to destroy Baltimore? Probably not.
