Clear? Or do you also need phonics?
I don't need phonics, but you obviously need a dictionary to see what the meaning of "lie" is.

Lie: N: An intentional false statement

Lie: A false statement made with deliberate intent to deceive; an intentional untruth; a falsehood.

Lie: A lie is an intentionally false statement to a person or group made by another person or group who knows it is not the truth.

In other words, when you speak and the words you speak are not true but you don't know they're not true and you're not meaning to intentionally make a false statement -- you're NOT lying.

When YOU post and the posts you make claim a person is a liar and you repeat that claim over and over again, and that person did not lie -- you commit libel.

IIRC, that was during a filibuster by Cruz in the Senate. But you prove my point. Cruz was in an near-empty Senate, yet it was still an official session of the Senate.

HOWEVER, the UN is currently still in the 69th Session of the General Assembly. The muslim is wrong that the General Assembly sessions are not held in April, but ONLY and "ALWAYS" in September. Each session is for a full year.

Another note - the opening of the xxth/nd Sessions are marked by the General Debate -- a week of addresses by the heads of state of every UN member nation. This is what happens at the opening of every session in September. It does NOT mean that the General Assembly is ONLY for one week in September. The session lasts a full year. It is only the General Debate, the addresses by every member nation, which occurs each September at the start of the new, year-long session.

Here's a link to a PDF of the Journal to prove, yet again, it WAS an official meeting of 69th Session of the General Assembly.

Source Link

I'll copy and paste what it says here as well:

General Assembly Sixty-ninth session

High-level thematic debate on “Promoting Tolerance and Reconciliation: The Potential for Religion in Building Bridges of Tolerance and Reconciliation”

Opening segment: Statement by the Secretary-General of the United Nations
09:00 General Assembly Hall

Plenary meeting: Statements by religious leaders
09:10 General Assembly Hall

As for this rubbish that the room was nearly empty and world leaders weren't there so it couldn't have been an actual or official General Assembly Session: Whether or not foreign leaders were there doesn't negate that it was, per the UN itself, an official meeting of the 69th Session of the General Assembly.

Is anyone really shocked that foreign leaders care little about religious persecution? Also, this is why each member nation has delegates. With exception of the General Debates in September (and Security Council meetings), most heads of state rarely visit the UN.
Lol i know exactly what the meeting was. I'm the one who posted the cam footage for the whole dry empty day. You must have missed that. Dont blame you. Unless you are one of those ghost hunter dudes its next to impossible to suffer through that footage.

Whatever it was called on the brochure it is evident based on the rows (and rows and more rows) that the assembly wasnt assembled. An assembly that is not assembled is not a meeting of an assembly. So get this: if you call a meeting, and nobody comes to that meeting, then you say later "we met, look, i called a meeting" newsflash: you did not actually meet. Very simple really. Unless you're UPC where the tale is more important than the pictures LOL

I watched it live for over an hour, what's your point?

So then you agree that a meeting doesn't have to be filled with members in order to be an official session.

Re: Lee Stoneking Addresses UN

It's clear that even if the UN Secretary General and the President of the General Assembly went to visit the muslim and told him it was indeed a meeting of the 69th General Assembly....he STILL would stomp his foot and disagree. Then he would rant on about how they were lying about it.

In his warped mind, only he is right, even when shown facts which prove him wrong.

I'll repeat: This was a "High Level" meeting of the 69th General Assembly. You can stomp your foot and act like a petulant child all you want. You can post all the pictures of full meetings vs mostly empty meetings all you want. Were it just Stoneking, Wilson or someone else claiming this was a "High Level" meeting of the 69th General Assembly, you could argue all you wanted.

But you can't argue the official UN Journal and schedule of that day. You can, but you'll be wrong. And not because Stoneking, Wilson, Thinker or I say you are, but because the UN says you're wrong.
By golly you're right. Thank you.

My source was:

https://www.google.com.sa/search?q=U...w=1366&bih=581

Go figure.

I must correct this terrible error:

General assembly meetings look like this:

Or this

Or this

Or this

Thank you so much for pointing out my error. You are correct, some of the photos I posted earlier had many more empty seats than the general assembly has when they are actually in session.
