I have never found that learning an ancient language or teaching translation was part of the five fold ministry. My daughter translates from Koine Greek, modern Greek to English. She is currently learning Latin, and Spanish.
Here is a story, my daughter was walking through the cafe section of Whole Foods, while I was sitting at a table where still could hear and see what was going on. Well, a group sitting at another table were some sort of Christian group, and stopped her and asked her what Church did she attend. She told them Apostolic. I guess one of the couples knew what Apostolic was, and I heard them say "Jesus Only." I rose up in my seat because the mention of Jesus Only usually means that they are ready to hand out a verbal beating. Anyway, I watched my daughter, and she didn't flinch, she kept her smile, and her manners, then turned to walk away. Then the woman asked her about Jesus name baptism, and One God. With out missing a beat, my daughter explained it all properly, answering the woman, and her husband's questions. My daughter held her own, even when all the people at the table became frustrated, as my daughter was able to answer politely, and respectfully with a wonderful smile.
Now, some of my friends, and brethren would call her a woman preacher, but she is not. Eunice the mother of the Evangelist Timothy used her knowledge to teach her son, as well as Timothy's MeMaw.
As
Titus 2:3-5 shows a godly calling of female ministry, that ministry is in the home, teaching the children, and helping the husband.
