Otherwise, a very pragmatic approach, though general in scope, is to outreach a state university. There is likely a huge population of foreign students, of which, many will be from China. Of those, almost none will have heard the Gospel of Jesus Christ, or even the reality of God's existence. They are ripe for harvest.
