One person here thinks he's oneness but does not believe the Son, Father and Holy Ghost are the same person.

I'm fairly new to this forum but my sense is there are a few committed OP adherents and a lot of disgruntled ex-adherents with all sorts of axes to grind.

However, Trinitarianism is easier to prove, doesn't require a "special revelation" and has over 2,000 years of faithful adherents. Oneness believers would have us believe that all of them are dead and burning in hell because they weren't baptized the right way.
JD - that's funny. Easier to prove. That's a good one.

I thought trinitarians make much ado about how it cannot be proved, it just has to be 'accepted'?

Right. Trinitarian Calvin Beisner says in the first of his book on the trinity that IT IS NOT TAUGHT IN THE BIBLE. The teaching only explains why things are in the bible, but the teaching itself is not in the bible.
