God made a covenant with the fathers of Israel.....This covenant is a promise to save ALL of them someday.....The church is included in this promise to them.(in part).....
when He returns to save future Israel with the fulfillment of that promise, our "partial" gifts will cease.

Save all of them? Are you now a Universalist? You have a Carlton Pearson Gospel of Inclusion for some unknown future group of Jews somewhere in the distant future? 
All Israel will be saved, means all Israel who repented and accepted Messiah.
Not all like 100% because that would have to include every single Jew, whether they liked it or not, including infants.

Sean, you are not being reasonable.
Let's use your reasoning concerning "ALL" in another verse.
2Pe 3:9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
Does this mean that all people will be saved? The answer to that is "NO"!
Let's look at another verse.
Act 13:24 When John had first preached before his coming the baptism of repentance to all the people of Israel.
Luke writes here that John had preached to ALL the people of Israel. Does that mean that everyone, every single person in Israel, heard the preaching of John?
Remember, if you are going to make the word ALL mean everyone, then the word must remain the same.

I am sure you can find the word "all" about 500 times in the Bible, and make quite a mess of the passage in Jeremiah.
The preterists' "calling" is to do this very thing.
They set for to make this passage.....Romans 11:26 And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:
Say this....
