Sorry, but the above won't wash because that isn't what you first offered me. You posted that preaching to them, behaving like Christ to them would get your head cut off as you smiled, and that anyone who believed that they could be offered Christ is believing in a happily ever after fairy tale?
Is the Bible, the book of Acts, and the Epistles of Paul, so foreign to us now where they speak of being under hard persecution by the Judeans? Where Paul was stoned and then dragged out of the city? What about missionaries who have gone to not only the Middle East, but communist countries secretly to preach the Gospel to those behind the once Iron Curtain? People who have gone into jungles, of the Amazon, India, and China, facing unbelievable peril.
Next time you all have a problem wondering how the Germans swooned under the Nationalist Socialist Party and were able to be involved in Kristallnacht. Just know this, it didn't happen over night, Europeans were primed for it, they were taught about it, Shakespeare wrote a play about it, and the Nazis did it.
The Lord Jesus Christ protect innocent Muslims during this time that we are living in, and may the offending ones be brought to justice. But the Lord Jesus have mercy on us and what we say. I know I have said somethings which I would like to take back. But 2020 hindsight doesn't win the game, it is only filled with regret.
It would be awful to find out that something I wrote or said motivated someone to do something horrible to anyone of another religion. The Punjabi Balbir Singh Sodhi was murdered 4 days after 9/11, because of what happened to the World Trade Center. As you know, Sikhs are the farthest thing from a Muslim. Yet, murderous ignorance never investigates before it assinates. Sad, but are we any different from Radical Islam, when we don't want to offer them the only thing in this world that conquers evil, which is Jesus Christ? But instead want someone else to go over THERE, and take some heads?
