Actually i could tell at least one story of him. He knows about Pentecostals.
Or the spirits in him do.
Two preachers i know were in a mall in Canada where he was putting on a exhibition. They were at the edge of the crowd watching him. He was talking about the martial art he was in, tai chi i believe. As he was talking he turned to the two preachers, who were in street clothes, and told them that practicing tai chi was kinda like .... as he said it, "you preachers talk about", and said it was like being born again.
He had never met them, they were dressed in street clothes, no way he could know they were preachers except the spirits in him knew who they were.
His skill, as most in the martial arts, is demonic in origin.

His 'skill' is Hollywood in origin. He practices Aikido, which is a Japanese art form derived from martial sciences (jujutsu) of hand to hand combat and sword fighting. Aikido was developed as a stripped down artsy-fartsy version of military training, turned into a philosophical hobby horse by the founder, Ueshiba, as part of the whole 'self hating let's destroy our own heritage' craze that swept Japan during the late 19th and early 20th century, which was the product of the Imperial propaganda cultural revolution which was designed to modernize and westernize Japan to make it a respectable world power.
Aikido practitioners do sometimes develop some basic close quarter combat skills (BASIC) but that is usually in spite of the Aikido they study. Usually, though, their brains go to mush because of all the super secret chi energy taoist horse hockey they imbibe at the feet of their 'sensei' (guru).
Keep in mind, though, Segal is a Louisiana cop so he probably has basic defensive tactics down enough to stuff the average Joe's hind end in the back seat of a cruiser if he needed to.

Akido was primarily used in combat. Therefore it works with the opponent's charge and being flipped on to their back or face. It's Japanese, and not Chinese martial arts which is far superior. But also far more on the Dark side. Also people watch way too much movies and never really been in any real hand to hand fighting, unless with their sister when they were children. So, they really haven't a clue who can beat who in a fight.
