I don't doubt that you and other OP's sincerely think that a woman who stops wearing earrings is "cleaned up". I also think you are absolutely wrong about what constitutes being "cleaned up". That it only has to do with dress and adornment as it relates to modesty and moderation. I know that some of you more intelligent ones have to be embarressed deep down at the mental gymnastics you folks take to ban things like makeup, etc. Sometimes I really miss Mark Bassett one more time trying to put forth the thesis that makeup is a "mask" that hides a womans true self. LOL
