No, it means Snoop Dog, Ice Cube, Dr Dre, and Eazy E are reunited outside of heaven. New Jerusalem is really New Jersey, where Public Enemy get back together with Professor Griff, while Grandmaster Flash is with Melle Mel feeding lions straw in the South Bronx.
