Both books of the bible address many wrong doings and sinfull things but it does not address abortion. In the following verses it seems that God is concerned with the life of the mother rather than the fetus
Exo 21:22 If men strive, and hurt a woman with child, so that her fruit ( unborn fetus) depart from her, and yet
no mischief follow: (she doesn't die ) he shall be surely punished, according as the woman's husband will lay upon him; and he shall pay as the judges determine.( for loss of the fetus)
Exo 21:23 And if any mischief follow, then thou shalt give life for life, (loss of life of mother)
