Aquila - you are not telling the truth about the above.
Point 1 - The Dems "owned" the Congress in 2009 and could have passed anything they wanted, such as Obamacare, but THEY didn't pass this.
Point 2 - No vote was ever taken on this act, so you cannot say who was for it and who was against it.
Point 3 - Republicans were also involved in introducing the bill
