I was watching a tv program yesterday in the dentist office and it is called Flip & Flop. They redo homes and resell them. It was in California and I could not believe the prices of the homes. All of them were over $300,000 and needed an extensive amount of repair. I know that homes and everything in fact, is higher in Calif but I could hardly believe the price and it was sold at auctions. Your home looks like a mansion compared to the ones I saw on the program. So congratulations again. I know you are happy. I know some people in your area (Kingsport) near Bristol. You are actually seeing the front of the house. I'll get a picture of the back of the house at some point. It also has a nice view of the mountains and valley from the porch I keep meaning to get a picture of.
