It would be interesting to know if Deacon Blues believes all Muslims are lost?
If a five year old never saying he was sorry is equated with Soteriology. Then it should go across the board.

That might also be read as "the kid did not have to go through this long list of repentant actions," and not "he did not have to apologize." And i sanitized the question on purpose, as i believe that some OPs condemn vast swaths of Christians on whatever legal basis also, yes? Us 4 and no more?

Yes, because the five year old didn't have to do anything. No list, just commit the crime and receive a pat on the head, with a "it's ok."
So, the Muslim, the Jehovah Witness, and the Hindu elephant boy can waltz right on into everlasting bliss.
I wonder if Deacon Blue has a saffron robe?

Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to God but by Him.
If you try to come to God any other way than Jesus, you can't get to God.

The boy didn't have to apologize and you believe that's a good thing? Worthy of virtue and a trait to make him an honorable man? Bro, maybe you are just so far into this "Nicer Than Jesus" doctrine to tell which end is up? But Jesus taught repentance. The Israelites had to repent to go back into the land. 2nd Chronicles 7:14 is all about repentance! You quoted it yourself not too long ago? Bro, what you are teaching isn't God's grace, but some pyschobabble from a young male Hillary Clinton supporter.

I meant he didn't have publicly apologize. Didn't word that accurately. I obviously believe in repentance. Just read through my posts.

Exactly.
But EB consistently tries to define me and others in ways that suit him. He builds straw men, tears them to shreds, and then goes in front of a mirror takes his shirt off and flexes his chiseled physique. It's a psychological steroid.

DB, you just admitted in an above post that you worded your original post wrong. Therefore your original post would give the wrong impression of how you viewed Soteriology. I consistently take what you offer and just work from there.
The strawman was supplied by you DB. So, dry your tears, and try not to be such a sorehead.

Bro, reading through your post really focuses on forgiveness bypassing repentance. But more than that, if anyone has followed your posts concerning salvation. They would walk away thinking that repentance and behavioral change isn't part of your Soteriology. Therefore shazeep felt you would believe Muslims are not lost.

Re: A Picture of Grace from God's Point of View
my objection there is blanket condemnation not based upon fruit. Christ may be said to reside in rebound ("repentance"), or iow the ability to admit fault. Are many or most Muslims "lost?" Undoubtedly; but there are possibly more lost OPs. God does not use our yardstick.

So which are the Muslims who are saved?
Maybe DB can tell us?
