Re: would like some proven health advice
my mom has made some awesome discoveries recently to get us away from supplementing with 'spiked' omega 3;
http://www.samsclub.com/sams/steelcu...rod16580237.ip
http://www.samsclub.com/sams/multi-g...rod17690281.ip
limit intake after about 3 pm if you want to sleep that night! i'm happy to say that between these, real eggs (Pubix still has AA for <$5 a doz) and some wild salmon a couple times a week, i've been able to completely de-supplement. I've noticed a lot more nasal openness when i lay down. beats being hooked on nasal spray to death

not sure about the bread yet, but especially if you are one of those who notices the speedy effect of omega 3, be real careful with that cereal! yikes! use it like a dose of medicine, not a helping of oatmeal. the other grains give it a nice firmness, too, not as gluey as reg oats.

Restore 4 life is getting quite a bit of buzz, if you have gut issues you might check it out. Here's an offsite review

A man in our church recently had a mild heart attack and I it has got me thinking about the future. I don't want to be one of those 60 year old guys on 4 or 5 different kinds of blood pressure medicine. We are not promised a tomorrow, but just in case I want to do my part. Any advice to healthy foods and exercise routines that you have experienced to proven effective. This morning I set out to do a 30 min. run, I made it about 20 with a little brisk walking in between. I am bad out of shape.

I lost 70 pounds on the South Beach Diet. My doctor recommended it when I began having problems with high blood pressure. Due to heart disease in my family, my doctor also recommended red wine for the concentrated antioxidants. You could do the diet without the wine and reap the benefits. It really isn't hard.
There are three phases. However, you must commit yourself to weighing yourself every day when you wake up religiously.
1.) Find your target weight.
2.) First Phase (first two weeks) - Absolutely no carbs. Only green vegetables and lean cuts of meat.
3.) Second Phase (until you reach your target weight) - You can eat specific carbs but not go all out.
4.) Third Phase (when target weight is reached) - You can now eat nearly anything you want, but you have to continue weighing yourself every day. Should your weight spike 5 to 10 pounds, shift back into just a week of Phase 1 or Phase 2 until you lose it. You'll average a cycle of about three weeks eating whatever you want and a week to drop whatever is gained. If you add exercise, you might maintain your weight without needing to shift into Phase 1 or Phase 2. It worked for me.

Re: would like some proven health advice
when is the last time you know of someone dying peacefully, in their sleep or whatever, on the way to reflecting upon how we suddenly seem to be dying now? Dying in agony is a clear sign from God imo.
