Thinking about this, it should be fairly easy to prove if dear, robert actually listened to feurstein's call to violence before he carried out his attack.

If he listened to feurstein, then feurstein should be held accountable.

Of course, this opens the door for a whole bunch of unpleasant repercussions to many other people in many other professions.
