From what I've read, 2004 is when she allowed a porn studio to market it. But the raw video was leaked in 2003.

Sirius just had the video of the Stern interview removed from YouTube for "copyright violations," so I can't see what was said. Interesting that this was suddenly removed after this article.

Also, why would a blog like DailyBeast make up a story about Trump, given Trump's love of lawsuits? It would be libelous.

Remember the accusation of adultery against Cruz? One person here on AFF demanded that Cruz sue the mag which published the lies. And when he didn't, this person claimed it must be true.

Using that same line of thought, if Trump doesn't sue the DailyBeast then the story must be true.

What I know now is that the tape was released 3 weeks prior to the debut of Hilton's "The simple life" TV show that started on Dec. 3, 2003.
I can't find the date of the Stern interview.
Also, it appears that Buzz Feed went through all of the Trump interviews with Stern and they have nothing about the quote.
I would agree if the quote is incorrect, Trump will sue.

This aligns Trump with obama, clinton, sanders, and a host of other liberals. There's no difference between Trump and Clinton on this issue. A vote for either candidate is a vote for gun control and unconstitutional violation of due process.

A Trump administration would continue obama's pattern of avoiding and freezing out Congress to do things by executive fiat.

I do not agree with the practice of executive orders basically replacing legislation.
BHO greatly expanded the powers of the President by using these.
And the Dems let him.
There are several court cases filed by Republicans about these orders.
It will be interesting if Trump is elected and uses executive orders to reverse BHO's orders.

If foreign nationals living here are on a watch list, then they are bot entitled to
Constitutional rights and should not be allowed to own a gun. An American citizen is another thing, though.
