I respect the good doctor immensely and agree with his opening remarks that Christian people will disagree and yet must find ways to respect each other in that discussion. That being said, I am completely surprised and to a degree disappointed that this is where the conservative, Biblical, theologian has landed. Especially when he has advocated theological positions through the years which have unapologetically upheld the standard of God’s Word against what is theologically popular or trendy.
