I owe you the right to be wrong

as well as the right to be right. Hard as it is to believe, I am not always right...often you are right and I am very wrong. On those odd days when this is so, I owe you the courtesy of acknowledging the fact.
Seriously, I know folk for whom the above is not an easy thing to do (not thinking of anyone here). But Christian charity will allow for someone else be right.
I owe you my silence once and a while. My opinion is not the only one worth entertaining and may not always be welcomed. Maturity and grace have taught me restraint....
especially if my opinion will cause you heartbreak or upset. When weighed in the balance of time, will my voice have been worth the strife it may have caused?!
