Gee, you must be from the South, nothing like the taste of a pork roast. When my family was still all at home, I bought a bone in pork roast and put it in the crock pot before going to bed. By 5 O'clock that roast was all to pieces and tasted fit for a king. I seasoned with salt pepper and garlic cloves. We devoured it.
