While we can glean from this that homosexuality is a sin, this Law requires that we execute those guilty of this sin. Thus, if we are still under this law, we sin if we do not kill them.

But under grace, we can condemn, counsel, and address the sin as led of the Spirit...and we are not under a law requiring that we kill them.

I understand that, but how do you understand that? If Paul was only using the Old Testament as his Bible. He had Leviticus 20:13 just as it was written. While he didn't cast the first stone, but he didn't wait for the individual to get some revelation. He read the book, and stopped what he was doing, endeavoring to never to do it again. Period.

And you need a silly list from some dusty Law of Moses to do that? You have Jesus Himself inside you. The Spirit will lead you beyond the Law of Moses. And love will fulfill the whole Law in one fell swoop. You can't name a moral sin that love wouldn't keep one from.
