The KJV sanitizes a lot of things.

Some of the original Hebrew language was not always political correct, but the translators felt the actual words might be offensive to many people so they substituted with euphemisms.

I have built concrete benches here in Florida that sea shells placed in them.
I also polish concrete which brings up the aggregate, but depends on what kind of concrete you are polishing. Terrazzo has chips of marble, granite set into concrete then polished to give a smooth surface. Down here Terrazzo restoration is getting big.

Cool last year I had a customer do a concrete kitchen sink, in a house I remodeled.
