Although I have been out of the gymn for most of the year, I do box. I guess I'm what you call a gymn rat - too old for amateur boxing competition, but I like to spar with the amateurs at the gymn.

I still practice though. I'll be going back to gymn later this year (Lord willing) I just have other work to do at present.

I don't keep up with professional sports, although I hear stuff through the grapevine.

I have watched prior fights on YouTube, though, especially Olympic trials and amateur matches.

Dempsey was my favorite, Qawi, Liston, Ali, Marciano, Sugar Ray Robinson, Gennady Golovkin, and Pacquiao are some other good boxers I like. Joe Frazier and Dempsey are my top two favorite boxers, I learned a lot from watching them. Tyson COULD have been the greatest, but he flamed out. Shame, really.

But my interest in boxing has more to do with exercise and skill development than "sports". I could care less about a mafia dominated money racket.
