We have a program on our PC called Stellarium. It shows the sky, stars, planets, etc - like ALL of it - from anywhere in the world, any day, any time, down to the second or smaller. And it plays, forward and reverse, at various speeds, so you can watch the stars etc move as they do.
We looked at that date and time. The people pushing this nonsense don't know astronomy. Virgo will be crowned with 15 "stars", if you can call it crowned (not really). Jupiter does not come out from between her feet, it's off to the side/behind Virgo. Virgo is not clothed with the sun, the sun is slightly outside Virgo.
This is nothing but crackpot astrology with a pseudo christian veneer. It wouldn't even pass for genuine astrology.
Verdict? FAIL.
Well, those extra stars represent the lost tribes of Israel.
