That's about perfection, completion not about eschatology.

But you say it is partial covenant now.

If the new covenant is now, then it is now made with the houses of Israel and Judah. Jesus established the new covenant before He died, it was ratified by His death, verified by His resurrection, and inaugurated by the outpouring of His Spirit. As you said, the new covenant is NOW. There is no future covenant, it is now.
Granted, there are future effects of that covenant (the resurrection, for example), but the covenant itself is presently in place. And if it is presently in place, it is presently in place with the people with whom it was made.

Nothing more simple than this.

Covenant or Historical eschatology does not work if you also believe in a rapture.
Most are taught that we are not appointed to wrath ( 1Thess 5:9) and therefore we must be raptured before the tribulation. We are also taught that we can't be saved after the rapture so those who are saved ( Revelation 7) are Jews who were beheaded during the tribulation? So they are not saved by the gospel? It seems that people saved after the Rapture will have to do so without the Holy Ghost since according to ( 2 Thessalonians 2:7) the one who now restrains sin, often identified as the Holy Spirit, is pictured as being removed from the world.
Dispensationalism doesn't work if you believe in Acts 2:38 salvation.
After Adam sinned, God began making covenants with people, Adam, Noah, Abraham, Moses, and David. The covenants promised that all the nations of the world would be given a chance to participate in the covenant. There was never a time when Israel would be excluded, removed from the covenant.
I like bookend theology
