LOL!! Now Elder, that is not what I said...just because it isn't written doesn't mean it didn't happen, and just because one makes room for it happening doesn't mean anyone is making it up.

Acts 2:4 in Acts 1:14 it names women. Acts 8:16 because in Acts 8:12 BOTH men and women were baptized.

See how simple it is when you have the Bible and don't have to make stuff up?

You don't know and so since it does NOT say and you then you have the authority to just make it up?

Oh, you mean that since women were mentioned, it means they did the same as the men? You sure you want to make that claim?

Acts 2:4
4And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

No mention of women.

Acts 1:14
14These all continued with one accord in prayer and supplication, with the women, and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with his brethren.

No mention of them speaking in tongues here, just praying.

Acts 8:16
16(For as yet he was fallen upon none of them: only they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.)

Again, no mention of women or tongues.

Acts 8:12
12But when they believed Philip preaching the things concerning the kingdom of God, and the name of Jesus Christ, they were baptized, both men and women.

No mention on tongues here either.

I asked the name of the woman speaking in tongues in the Bible. Do you have one?
