Again, Paul in 1 Thes 4 is quoting Jesus in Matt 24.....15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord...

I have heard for decades that Paul had a personal revelation of this event.

That is completely false.

Paul quoted Jesus in a statement that was common knowledge among the Apostles and saints already, as per Jesus in Matt 24.
