Of course I have or I wouldn't have posted it. I deal with these kinds of issues every week. Go talk to an Immigration attorney or find somewhere on the Internet where they post the number of visas alloted to each country.

like i said, you can probably look it up online. I've spent the time talking with Immigration Attorneys. I deal with these issues everyday.

I'm no expert, but I know the fact to be true that different countries are allotted a different amount of visas that people can have to enter the US.....even for a visit.

You're putting a nice spin on this. Of course visa's are limited to a certain number. You really think the US should just open the borders and visas carte blanche? There has to be a restricted number of visas . . . which, by the way the US allows more immigrants than most other nations . . . INCLUDING our neighbors to the south.

You want to talk about immigration reform . . . why are you talking about them needing to change their policies?

The fact remains that up to that certain number . . . which is too high in my opinion . . . people from the south and latin america have just as good a chance as anyone else to get a visa. They're not discriminated against as much as telemundo or other latin news would have the people think.

No, I want factual sources . . . not something a PAID IMMIGRATION attorney will say. They'll say anything, trust me, I've worked in immigration for several years and had them trying to name statutes and junk that wasn't even in the books. They'll do what they need to do to get their client a visa.

that may be your opinion but you are factually wrong. I dont know what the numbers are that are allowed from each country but I do know that if illegals got here and couldnt find a job because all the jobs were taken (by Americans or legal immigrants) they would go home and we wouldnt have a problem.

In the current bill that just failed, it listed an allotment of 200k for low skill workers allowed into the country (I think this is a revision upward of the current level). the bill also notes that the actual need is for 400K unskilled workers.

so even here we see that we are creating a vaccume for illegals by not matching policy to the economy.

we currently match immigration policy to political expedience. because there are enough people out there yell "we are letting to many of them in"

I'm not quoting Telemundo. I'm quoting attorneys and actual facts. For someone that worked for Immigration and knows so much I'm surprised you don't have the actual numbers!
You obviously know SO MUCH more than the rest of us that actually work amongst the hispanic community, so why bother talking?

So have you looked up this information on the internet? Can you post it here? I tried to look this up on the net but I am assuming since you already know these facts you might have the URL of a site I can see these facts
