Didn't you read the article?? In the late 1800's/early 1900's, women were required to wear black stockings as a sign of being whole-hearted and submissive. Black stockings are holy, modest, godly attire for women! How did women have the audacity to change this standard? I say we stick with the traditions and standards of the late 1800's/early 1900's in order to make it to heaven... just like Barb & Felicity.
