Thad, ask her if she remembers when she was about 9 months pregnent back in the mid 1970's doing a revival in Louisiana and the oven in the evangelists quarters exploded and burned her. It was a scary situation.
I have fond memories of that revival because of both her great singing and how funny it looked for this teeny tiny woman who was about 9 months pregnent to be playing a huge accordian and singing so loud. What a voice!
Her and Sharon Haygood were probably the two best UPC female soloists of the 1970's.
If I remember correctly I think that back in the late 1970's Andre Crouch wanted NG to tour with him but she was too holy and loyal to the Ark to do so.
