I don't believe I'm PCI. But I do believe that justification takes place when one comes to faith and repents of their sins.

However, I also believe that this justification has a purpose. It isn't to "save" the person in one step, but it is to allow the individual to proceed so that they can be water baptized for the remission of sins and filled with the Holy Spirit.

They become justified by faith so that they can approach a Holy God and be born again of the water and the Spirit.
