2. What constitutes an "Apostolic Church"? Just because a Church believes in Acts 2:38 and Oneness...are they REALLY an Apostolic Church? Are we really Apostolic if all our foundation doctrines except Acts 2:38 are false?

Very astute observation. While
Acts 2:38 is indeed an "Apostolic doctrine", meaning a doctrine of the Apostles, many of the traditions of man that are taught for doctrine today come from the various Oneness organizations that have been established.
Most are more "United Pentecostal" or "ALJC" than
Apostolic.
