This is good because its just like with the trinitarians when they pray they don't end in the name of Father Son and Holy Ghost. No they say Jesus. And this what you just said can always refute that theology.

I'm not liking this explanation regardless of what anyone may of said back at the beginning of this movement "LORD is for the Father, Jesus is for the son, Christ is for the Holy Spirit." Because Matthew 28:19 says in the name (singular) of the Father, Son, and the Holy Ghost" and we know the name to be Jesus. So all this name with the titles mandated business sounds like something that was said to appease trinitarians.

You know I'm glad I posted this because the wide spectrum of answers weve got let us know this whole doctrine needs to better defined. Theres a lot of differences in this area, and its as about as simple of a doctrine as you can have. Lord help us Jesus!

So if one is baptized in the name of the LORD JESUS CHRIST are they born of water?

Absolutely why wouldn't it be? I'm just saying to necessitate that you say Lord Jesus Christ for the Father Son and Holy Spirit I don't agree with that, as I guess that's what Gino Jennings was getting at. But yea it would work I believe that any invocation of the name singular of the Father Son and Holy Spirit which is Jesus at baptism would be fine. Whether you baptized them in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, Lord Jesus, Jesus, Jesus Christ whatever would be fine.
