The most stunning blow against preterism is that NO RESURRECTION followed the tribulation of 70ad.

I am starting to see that Jesus did not die in the midst of the seventieth week, but that he was baptised in the midst of the seventieth week, thus (from God's perspective) ending all sacrifice and offering for sin, then completing the seventieth week with his death. I admit this is something I am not certain about, and may be a dead end rabbit trail, but I am currently looking into this to see where it goes.

If Jesus died at the end of the 70weeks it would make the 70weeks irrelevant to the end time scenario?

I'm not asking about end time scenarios, I'm asking about the Seventy Weeks of Daniel.

Ok if Jesus died at the END of the 70weeks, Matt 24 has no part in the 70weeks. Daniel 12 or the book of Revelation.

If the 70 weeks were finished at Christ's death then nothing that happened AFTER THAT could be part of what was supposed to happen during the 70 weeks?
The 490 years were then fulfilled. Other times frames such as in Dan 12:7-12 or Rev. 11:2-3, or Rev. 12:6,14 or Rev. 13:5 would be stand alone times NOT part of the years that Gabriel told Daniel about.
