Speaking of Home Depot I went yesterday to exchange a propane tank for the grill and they have a new automated exhange setup outside.

Instead of having to go inside to pay and then wait for a Home Depot employee to come out and unlock the case and swap out the tanks they have an ATM like kiosk that you pay at.

They have about three rows of metal storage lockers divided into storage spaces the size of the propane tank. Each space has a door.

After you pay at the kiosk the screen tells you to look for a door that will open. Sure enough somewhere in the storage rack a door swings open and it is an empty spot for you to place your empty tank you are exchanging.

As soon as you place it in there and close the door another door somewhere in the rack with a full tank will open and you can lift the tank out then close the door.

Pretty cool except a Home Depot employee told me there is no backup. If the fancy smancy automated thing messes up they have no way to override and open the doors themselves.

Criticizing ANY organization simply for the sake of criticism is NOT productive.

Calling a "spade" when you see a spade is just reality. There is just as much criticism of "charismania" as there is UPC and other orgs, at least IMO.

If we begin to limit our commraderie, discussions, beliefs, standards etc. around the UPC, it's belief system and politics, etc. then you all can have a nice life, but I have more important things to do than not tell the truth.
AMEN!!!

Standard threads have always been a part of freedom to speak on these forums and as you may have noticed over 90% of voters didn't see the pants on women issue as a heaven or hell issue.

Consequently, I don't believe that standard threads are as Anti-Apostolic as some would like to think they are.

I object to linking divergent views of standards with anti-Apostolic threads and willful sin threads. I further object to characterizing standards as "traditional views of righteouness" as if all who hold a different view of standards are unrighteousness.

Ownership has no bearing on the degrade of topics recently.

90% of WHAT voters- How many voted. This is not 90% of Pentecost. Surely you are much smarter than to quote bad poll percentage as fact. Or do you do so simply to build your side only?oloroid

(Of course I could never go to Epley's church but at least I could respect his position).

I think most folks that Know Bro. Epley don't have a problem with him because they understand his position and they also understand that Epley isn't a hypocrite. He lives what he teaches and teaches what he lives.

Finally, for all his gruffness, most realize that he is a softie at heart. He genuinely cares about people.

2. I haven't noticed it lately; but we may not be on the same threads and/or I may just not be tuned into it. I know that I sure did not appreciate it when it was blatantly going on the Sexy thread at the other forum.

3. How small is this contingent of absolute feminist, on this forum, who absolutely hate men? Care to name them?

I am guessing that you put Rhoni in that catagory and Cup Cake? (Which is but speculation on what you could possibly be thinking). Other than that, I am at a loss. Unless of course you hold all women working outside the home and/or those opposed to some of our traditional standards to be men-hating feminists...

Really would like to know more of your thoughts on this since you have brought this issue up many times.
Newman, I will not discuss it with you as you obviously have no respect for me. You go for the jugular every time.
