Where does the Bible call an unborn child a "fetus"? What, in fact, does the Bible call a fetus?
The Bible repeatedly refers to unborn children as babes, children, sons, men, man-child, daughter, etc. God considers an unborn child as a CHILD, a young human being.
Where scripture describes a miscarriage, the mother is called a MOTHER. A woman is not a mother because she lost her appendix or pinky finger. Therefore, an unborn child is NOT merely a woman's appendage or body part, but a distinct human being.
A woman conceives a what? A fetus? Or a person?
Job 3:3 KJV
Let the day perish wherein I was born, and the night in which it was said, There is a man child conceived.
The very night a woman conceived a male, he is identified as a "man child". A baby is a "man child" FROM THE TIME OF CONCEPTION.
Luke 1:36 KJV
And, behold, thy cousin Elisabeth, she hath also conceived a son in her old age: and this is the sixth month with her, who was called barren.
What was conceived? A fetus? Or a SON?

Luke 1:41 KJV
And it came to pass, that, when Elisabeth heard the salutation of Mary, the babe leaped in her womb; and Elisabeth was filled with the Holy Ghost:
What leaped in her womb? A fetus? A mass of tissue? Her appendix? Or a BABE (baby)?
If she had gotten an abortion, she would have killed a BABY, a MAN CHILD.
