The weapons of our warfare are not carnal, meaning that the mechanisms of apostolic evangelism are not mere physical tools (like swords and shields) but are Divinely given and appointed for the express purpose of changing society.
This whole subject has literally NOTHING WHATSOEVER to do with "defending your home against thieves trying to break in." It has everything to do with answering the question "What kind of society shall we be, and what kind of government shall we have? Man's government? Or God's?"
In order to advance the kingdom of God though we have to start with the foundations. Simply chanting "Rah rah Trump! Four more years!" isn't going to cut it. Even if we do it while marching in the street armed to the teeth.
With God on our side, nothing can stop us. With God NOT on our side, nothing can help us. And God does not promise to side with those who only give Him lip service but don't actually LIVE by every word of God, nor does He promise to be on the side of those who put their trust in "horses and chariots" instead of the Most High God.
