I had that once. Delivered newspapers in winter, while riding a moped with nothing covering my face. It's not something I'd want to happen again, but it's not a major hurdle to deal with.

The worst part is that it took a couple months to diagnose, so I had no idea what was causing half my face to droop like I just visited the dentist. After about 6 months, my face was probably 95% back to normal, and was about 99% normal within 8 months, though I still have a very slight sag on one side of my face (not really noticeable unless you know to look for it, though).
