That is both funny, true and sad at the same time. Anyone with a shred of decency can tell that the vote was rigged in those 4 States. The stink reaches all the way to Canada. If one doesn't have integrity, honesty and transparency in a federal Election, then all you have is lawlessness.
In Canada, Elections Canada runs our Elections. It is supposed to be an independent, non political entity. They still use paper ballots with serial numbers for every ballot. The voter goes to the polling station looks for the table with the range I'm the alphabet that corresponds to the first letter of their last name. Most will get a voter card I the mail if they are on the voters list. It tells them which poll to go to. They are then looked up on a big printout of voters names and info. When they show their ID to verify it is who they Are, their name is crossed off the on the big printout showing they voted. They are then given a ballot and a pencil. They go behind a partition, make their x next to the person they voted for. It then goes to either a ballot box, or a computer scanner that the vote puts in. It reads the voting card and record and keeps the card and records it. It also keeps the original as a back up.
