Because it is easier to complain then to do something about it. The early church in the first century had to build its own community. Look at the Hasid in Brooklyn New York. Mayor Cuomo placed a ban on gatherings in Synagogues and home gatherings. Which home gatherings is part of the Hasidic community. They never gave up. Which ultimately made their case to the SCOTUS. Which ruled in their favor. They did all this, because their religion is a lifestyle. Where Christians sadly only do church 4 hours a week at a building.

Do you live in a house???? Does your pastor have a home? Does the church family have homes, houses, tents, sheds, places where they live? THAT is where you will be having church. You will all get to save your jingle, and throw it into the offering. Because you can have church from house to house, Romans 16:5, 1 Corinthians 16:19, Colossians 4:15, Philemon 1:2. So, when they make going to church illegal you will still be having meetings.

We are renting space in another church for $2K/mo for what has dwindled down to 20 people since we left our store front rental. We could easily break off into 2 groups and meet in homes.

Between our church and our Mother church we have an abundance of preachers and people used in the gifts of the Spirit

But then you would not have the platform and the sound system, and all the musical instruments which make church a performance with an audience.

It is a tough thing when a building with a stage circumvents the church family.
We seem to forget that Jesus did most of His services in boats, in homes, and out in a field.
